Reseña
Fire Walking is the story of three young men who decided to venture into one ofthe most remote places on earth Mitre peninsula, the southeastern tip of Tierra
del Fuego.
In this book, the author delves into the details of an on-foot expedition that took
place to an absolutely inaccessible spot with no roads or settlements. During this
journey of over 500 kilometers, the young explorers came face to face with natural
barriers: icy rivers, thick forests and steep mountains. With over 30 kg on their backs,
they travelled along the wildest shores of this island at the end of the earth.
Federico Ezequiel Gargiulo lives in Buenos Aires and in Ushuaia,
Tierra del Fuego. He has a B.A. in Tourism at Universidad del Salvador.
